“Professional. Devoted. Personable.” Fleur started her career in 2012 at a Luxembourg law firm. Since then, she accumulated a solid corporate and private equity expertise from numerous high-calibre transactions involving M&A, restructurings and project finance across various industries. Fleur mainly works for large international clients, public and private companies, who regularly entrust her not only with transactional work but also the management of the full corporate life cycle of their Luxembourg companies. She also has experience in advising clients on real estate deals. On top of this, Fleur has a notable track record in maritime law where she has been handling the registration of vessels and acted for banks in relation to the registration and releases of mortgages in asset-based lending transactions. She has an efficient working style and never over complicates things unnecessarily – instead, she strives to achieve the best result for her clients without making detours, true to her credo that law is not an abstract practice. Fleur is a French national but grew up bilingual, speaking French and German. She obtained a German LLM and a French Master’s degree before passing the Luxembourg bar exams.
