Miroslava is an experienced lawyer working more than 10 years in Luxembourg who has been advising corporate clients on a broad spectrum of transactions – including public and private M&A and equity capital markets work – as well as on general corporate law and corporate governance issues. She specialises in banking and finance transactions, including real estate finance, fund finance, general corporate lending and acquisition finance as well as debt restructuring. Prior to joining the firm, Miroslava worked in one of the top-tier law firms in Luxembourg, in a Luxembourg office of a global leader in the trust and corporate services sector and in one of the largest law firms in Slovakia.
