As an associate in the investment fund department, Gaël is specialised in regulated and unregulated investment funds, with a focus on alternative investment funds, various asset classes, especially private equity, real estate and venture capital funds. On an ancillary basis, Gaël is also involved in the corporate, banking and finance departments. Prior to joining Brouxel & Rabia, he gained a strong experience as an investment fund lawyer in a Luxembourg law firm, where he advised international as well as local clients on various aspects of investment funds management and corporate matters. Being naturally sociable, rigorous and flexible, Gaël has the ability and confidence to adjust to all kind of clients’ requests by providing them with effective and pragmatic legal solutions. Gaël holds a Master’s degree at the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and a LL.M. in Public International Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium).
