B&R is pleased to have advised N4 Partners (www.n4partners.com) on the corporate aspects and financing arrangements of the sale of the Moventas Group (www.moventas.com), a Finnish wind turbine gearbox manufacturer, to Flender, a leading global supplier for mechanical and electrical drive systems headquartered in Germany (www.flender.com).

The deal will include Moventas’ 22GW of installed base and an additional 3GW of wind gearbox assembly capacities.
