A strategic acquisition for Mutares
The acquisition constitutes a strategic add-on for Light Mobility Solutions (LMS) and marks another important step in Mutares’ buy-and-build strategy within the automotive sector.
The acquired business is expected to generate approximately USD 200 million in revenue in 2025, making it a key addition to the portfolio and reinforcing LMS’ position as a leading supplier of integrated exterior and lighting solutions.
