We would like to remind our clients managing RAIF’ and/or acting as Responsable du respect des obligations (“RR”) or Responsable du contrôle (“RC”) of a RAIF of the approaching deadline of 30 March 2022 COB for the submission of AML/CFT Questionnaire to the Administration de l’Enregistrement et Des Domaines (“AED”) for the year ending in 2021.
In addition, AED launched recently a campaign to communicate the report of the RC of the RAIF on the activity of the RAIF for the financial year ending in 2021, which is a synthesis report on his activities and operation in AML/CFT purposes concerning the RAIF and which must be submitted to AED at the latest on 31 May 2022 COB.
